2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business-to-business (B2B) purchases made through the website www.zenswatch.com.
By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms in full.
A. Standard Products
3. Products
ZensWatch sells sensor-equipped watches.
All product information is provided as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to make technical changes, adjust prices, and correct any errors in product descriptions or specifications.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated exclusive of VAT and shipping, unless otherwise specified.
Payment is made by invoice, according to payment terms agreed upon between the parties.
Ownership of goods remains with Idea2build ApS until full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are handled by GLS unless otherwise agreed.
Standard delivery time: up to 14 days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated.
We deliver both domestically (Denmark) and internationally.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As ZensWatch sells exclusively to business customers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
Any return must be agreed upon in advance with Idea2build ApS.
For approved returns, Idea2build ApS covers the cost of return shipping.

7. Warranty and Claims
ZensWatch provides a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.
It does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
8. Liability
Idea2build ApS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from product use.
Our total liability shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the product in question.
B. Custom Products
9. Custom or Made-to-Order Watches
When ordering custom or made-to-order watches, the customer acknowledges that the product is manufactured specifically for them.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.
There is no right of withdrawal for custom products.
10. Delivery for Custom Products
The production and delivery time for custom products may vary.
An estimated delivery date will be provided in the order confirmation.
11. Data Protection (GDPR)
To process orders, ZensWatch collects the following business-related data:
- Company name and contact person
- Address, email, and phone number
- Billing and delivery information
Personal data is used solely for order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
Data is not shared with third parties except as necessary for logistics (e.g., GLS).
All data is stored securely in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and deleted when no longer needed.
Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting: theis@zenswatch.com
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements and disputes are governed by Danish law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the Court of Roskilde, Denmark.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
ZensWatch reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
