The watch lasts 5–8 hours, depending on usage and how often the sensors are activated.
For continuous operation, we recommend having two watches so one can charge while the other is in use.

Can I use two watches at once?

Yes! You can operate with two watches at once.

Can I reset the watch and sensors after setup?

Yes. You can always reset both the watch and the sensors and reconnect them.

What happens if I go out of Wi-Fi range? Will it reconnect?

Yes. The watch automatically attempts to reconnect to your selected Wi-Fi network.
Please note: a weak Wi-Fi signal may increase battery usage.

My watch says the Wi-Fi isn’t reachable. What should I do?

Contact your network administrator and set up an access point in the area where you operate.
A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for the best experience.

How many sensors can I connect to the watch?

You can connect up to 4 sensors depending on your setup. The watch will clearly show which sensor is activated, making oversight simple even in busy environments.

Does the watch work without Wi-Fi?

The watch depends on Wi-Fi to communicate with the sensors and system.
Therefore it is not possible without Wi-Fi.

Can I customize the vibration or alert type?

Yes. You can adjust vibration intensity, alert style, and the layout of your watch interface.
This allows your team to tailor Senswatch to their workflow.

What if the watch doesn’t detect any sensors during setup?

First, make sure the sensors are powered and within range. Try resetting both the watch and the sensors.
