2. Scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business-to-business (B2B)<\/strong> purchases made through the website www.zenswatch.com<\/a>.
By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Standard Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ZensWatch sells sensor-equipped watches<\/strong>.
All product information is provided as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to make technical changes, adjust prices, and correct any errors in product descriptions or specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Prices and Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT and shipping<\/strong>, unless otherwise specified.
Payment is made by invoice<\/strong>, according to payment terms agreed upon between the parties.
Ownership of goods remains with Idea2build ApS until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Deliveries are handled by GLS<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed.
Standard delivery time: up to 14 days<\/strong> from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated.
We deliver both domestically (Denmark) and internationally<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As ZensWatch sells exclusively to business customers<\/strong>, there is no statutory right of withdrawal<\/strong>.
Any return must be agreed upon in advance<\/strong> with Idea2build ApS.
For approved returns, Idea2build ApS<\/strong> covers the cost of return shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Warranty and Claims<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ZensWatch provides a 1-year warranty<\/strong> from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.
It does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Idea2build ApS is not liable for indirect losses<\/strong>, loss of profits<\/strong>, or data loss<\/strong> arising from product use.
Our total liability shall in no case exceed the invoice value<\/strong> of the product in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Custom Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

9. Custom or Made-to-Order Watches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When ordering custom or made-to-order watches<\/strong>, the customer acknowledges that the product is manufactured specifically for them<\/strong>.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned<\/strong>.
There is no right of withdrawal<\/strong> for custom products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Delivery for Custom Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The production and delivery time for custom products may vary.
An estimated delivery date will be provided in the order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
